This was the biggest waste of money ever. I think they market cleverly. I am sure that it does work very well for some people, but I became suspiscious of the positive reviews in hair forums from people who ONLY reviewed this product or started discussion threads about how great the product was. They did not contribute to other posts etc. Anyway, before the penny dropped, I bought the relaxer based on all of the reviews that I saw.
At the time I was using no lye. It claims to be all natural. It is not. It was AWFUL. I have 4b hair and it was the only no lye that BURRRRRNED. My hair was stiff and unremarkable. The shampoo was nothing special and the conditioner was not that nice for me (I have a very sensitive scalp). It does work for some people, but for me, it is a regular box relaxer and one of the worst ones that I have tried. I did not like any of their products.
I also bought serum for my sides that had been eaten away. It did nothing. At All. Waste of money.
